ABOUT STEPHANIE MCCULLOR
I began teaching yoga in 2015 after completing Yoga Teacher Training with Zingara Yoga. Ana Pilar Cruz and Rachel Hector, both EYRT500 certified & Yoga Therapists, facilitate this wonderful training blending the many esoteric concepts of yoga with the anatomy and physiology and exact science of what is going on in the body during a yoga session.
As a practicing Massage Therapist for nearly two decades, this training was a true complement to my profession. As a student of yoga, I was eager to learn more. And, it was on my bucket list! Teaching has truly helped me as a person and as a practitioner helping people to better understand their bodies and help put them on a path of healing and wellness.
